Dynamic Balancing and Vibration Analysis Services

Sina Machine dynamically balances own fans or customers’ fans in Sina Machine plant or at customers’ site.

Balancing is preformed as per ANSI/AMCA 204 or ISO 1940 standards.

In Sina Machine plant rotors up to 3200 mm diameter and up to 5000 kgs are dynamically balanced.

Dynamic balancing is preformed on rotors made of high tensile alloy steels, stainless steels and heat resisting steels.

Those impellers which need repair and welding before balancing are tested in our plant by dye-penetrant, ultra sonic or radio graphic methods.
